A Little About Me.
My name is Zac Owen, and my life unfolds in three chapters.
I spent my first seven years in Haiti with my biological family — nine siblings, survival, and faith. Those years are hazy, but they built my foundation.
The next six were spent in an orphanage, behind walls that separated us from the world. Poverty wasn’t something I heard about — it was life itself. On Sundays, I’d see elders and children begging in the streets, and I remember the ache of wanting to help but not being able to.
At 13, my younger brother and I were adopted and brought to the U.S. We started fresh on a military base in Texas, and while opportunity came, the ache never left. I learned early that success means nothing without purpose. That drive pushed me to complete two grades in one year while learning English, graduate high school in Washington, and earn my finance degree at GCU in just two and a half years.
Through it all, my escape — my way of coping — was found in the gym. It became more than fitness; it became therapy. That’s where the vision for Legend™ was born — a belief that a meaningful life stands on four pillars: spiritual health, mental health, physical health, and financial stewardship.
Today, I live to help others build strength in every one of those areas — to turn pain into purpose, chaos into clarity, and success into legacy. Because I’ve learned firsthand: God never wastes pain; He transforms it.
